Because our offerings are digital and downloadable, we have a clear refund policy to protect both our work and your experience.

🔹 Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, Toolkits)

All sales of digital downloads are final.

Once a file is downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. This includes:

• Journals

• Checklists

• Mini-courses

• eBooks

• Paid wellness toolkits or resources

This policy is in place due to the immediate access nature of digital content.

🔹 Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue — such as:

• Trouble accessing or downloading your file

• Duplicate charges

• Incorrect product received
